Today is World Tourism Day and members of the International Tourism Hall of Heroes from around the world in tourism are being honored. Dr. Taleb Rifai, former UNWTO Secretary-General explains what the World Tourism Day is about. Mona from Jordan demonstrated the importance of tour guides. Watch the Celebration starting with an encouraging video from WTTC and a keynote address from the Hon. Edmund Bartlett, Tourism Minister of Jamaica. Louis D’Amore founder of Peace Through Tourism brings world peace to the day, and Cuthbert Ncube, Chair African Tourism Board added the African invitation. A packed event with much more.
