I am the Marketing Manager of Jetwing Hotels in Sri Lanka and I am also part of the 3rd generation in our family business (Jetwing). We have hotels, DMCs, and other tourism-related businesses operating predominantly in Sri Lanka. Although my personal experience in the industry is a short tale, our business has been in operation for 47 years and I work closely with the 2nd generation leaders of our business (my father-Hiran and aunt-Shiromal) and other senior colleagues who have driven the industry in our country for many years through numerous difficulties.

Sharing knowledge on coping with tragic incidents and engaging in conversations regarding the steps we need to follow to rebuild our industry and the key stakeholders we need to bring on board in order to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on global travel.
